Acceptance Commitment Therapy
A.C.T. increases psychological flexibility by cultivating a present mindset, clarifying personal values, and encouraging action that is in response to one’s values.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
D.B.T. incorporates mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, and distress tolerance to help clients balance opposing viewpoints, like the need for both acceptance and change.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
C.B.T. focuses on the idea that a person’s thoughts have power over their feelings and actions; therefore, by addressing dysregulated thoughts, a person can feel better and act in a way that improves their relationship with the self.
Solution-Focused Therapy
S.F.T. is a collaborative method that centers the client as the expert in their own lives and focuses on their strengths and resources, rather than their deficits and problems.
Person-Centered
Therapy
P.C.T. is a client-centered technique in which the client guides the conversation free from judgment or opinions, while the therapist simply facilitates a clearer understanding of what is being said.

In-Person Office Visit
In-person office visits provide a structured and safe environment that is conducive to focusing on personal growth and healing. Within this safe space, both the therapist and client are able to be physically present, which can foster a deeper personal connection and can enhance the therapeutic process and outcomes.
Eco-Psychotherapy
Eco-psychotherapy, or counseling outside of the treatment office, is possible for those who enjoy walking and spending time outdoors. Some of the benefits include the fresh perspective that often comes with being in nature, reduced intimidation due to walking side by side rather than speaking face to face, and the endorphin boost that is released during movement.
Play Therapy
For children, play therapy can be a wonderful option that honors their unique developmental level and prioritizes communicating within their own “language”, rather than that of the adults in their life. Apricity Therapeutic Alliance uses play to help young clients better express themselves and resolve their problems.
TeleHealth
For those who would prefer to be in the comfort of their own home, telehealth can be a great option. Accessibility, affordability, convenience, and privacy are some of the many reasons some clients prefer telehealth.

$100 for each 50-minute session
Couple and Family Sessions
$120 for each 50-minute session
Insurance Options
At this time, I am unable to accept insurance. The good news is that many health insurance companies are able to reimburse the cost of out of network appointments. If you are interested in pursuing this option, I can offer you a superbill, which you can send to your insurance company.
To determine if this is an option under your plan, you can always call the number on the back of your insurance card. Simply ask, “what are my out of network benefits?”
